Terms of Service - webwebgogo

Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by Dehorse v/ Gus, operating under the brand name webwebgogo ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By engaging our services, you ("Client", "you", or "your") agree to these Terms.

The Company is registered in Frederiksværk, Denmark.

1. Eligibility

Our services are available exclusively to businesses. By purchasing or using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You are authorized to enter agreements on behalf of your company
  • You will use the services only for lawful business purposes

2. Description of Services

webwebgogo provides website management and related digital services including but not limited to:

  • Website design and development
  • Website maintenance and updates
  • Website integrations
  • Campaign management
  • Technical improvements
  • Infrastructure and hosting management
  • Website migrations
  • Performance monitoring and reporting

Services are delivered on a subscription basis depending on the plan selected.

3. Unlimited Requests Policy

Clients may submit an unlimited number of service requests via email. Requests are handled on a queue-based system and processed as capacity allows.

"Unlimited" refers to the ability to submit requests without a predefined numerical cap. However, delivery timelines depend on request complexity, operational capacity, and reasonable service scope.

webwebgogo reserves the right to schedule larger tasks appropriately to ensure service quality for all clients.

Reasonable Service Scope

While webwebgogo offers unlimited service requests, the scope of each request must remain reasonably aligned with the services described in the selected plan.

Requests that represent unusually large projects, significant infrastructure changes, or work substantially outside normal website management activities may require discussion with the Client to determine the most appropriate way to proceed.

This may include breaking work into smaller tasks or defining a separate project structure where appropriate.

webwebgogo is committed to transparency and will discuss such situations with the Client before proceeding.

Example

Requests such as building an entirely new multi-product platform, recreating large third-party systems, or executing unusually complex development work may be reviewed collaboratively to determine the best path forward.

4. Communication

Clients submit requests via email. Video or call-based support may be limited depending on the selected plan.

Client Cooperation

Effective delivery of services requires reasonable cooperation from the Client. This may include providing access credentials, technical information, approvals, content, or other materials necessary to complete requested work.

If required information or access is not provided within a reasonable timeframe, service progress may be delayed or paused.

Subscription billing will continue during such delays, as service capacity remains allocated to the Client.

Example

If a client requests a website redesign but does not provide the necessary content, branding assets, or approvals required to proceed, the project timeline may pause until those materials are provided. The subscription remains active during this period.

5. Response Time Guarantee

During business hours (Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 CET), webwebgogo aims to respond to emails within one hour.

If this response time is not met, a 10% credit of the current month's subscription fee will automatically be applied.

This guarantee applies to response time only and does not guarantee resolution time.

Example

If a client pays €2,200/month and the response time guarantee is missed during a given month, a credit of €220 (10%) will be applied.

6. Pricing and Billing

Services are billed according to the selected plan.

Monthly Plans

Monthly plans renew automatically unless cancelled. If a client cancels during a billing month, that month remains billable and service ends at the end of that billing cycle.

Example

If a client cancels on March 16th, the March billing period remains payable and service continues until March 31st.

Yearly Plans

Yearly plans are prepaid and may include discounted pricing.

If cancelled before the end of the commitment period:

  • 1-year plans: 40% of the remaining unused months will be refunded
  • 2-year plans: 50% of the remaining unused months will be refunded

Example – 1 Year Plan

A client purchases a yearly Standard plan with a 15% discount and pays €22,944 upfront.

y €22.950 upfront (€1.912 per month, 15% discount). After 10 months, you decide to cancel your membership with 2 months left on it. You get back 1.912 x 2 x 40% = €1.529

If they cancel with 2 months remaining:

  • Remaining value: €1,912 × 2 = €3,824
  • Refund: 40% of €3,824 = €1,529

7. Setup Fees

Setup fees (such as Premium plan setup fees) are non-refundable after the first 60 days of service.

Example

If a client pays a €11,000 Premium setup fee and cancels after 4 months, the setup fee will not be refunded.

8. 60-Day Money Back Guarantee

Clients may request a full refund within the first 60 days of service.

This refund includes all payments made, including setup fees.

Refund requests must be submitted via email.

Upon refund, webwebgogo will reverse or remove all work performed during the service period, including website changes, implementations, and infrastructure modifications.

An optional feedback questionnaire may be provided but is not required to receive a refund.

Example

If a Premium client pays:

  • €11,000 setup fee
  • €3,500 monthly subscription

and cancels within the first 60 days, they will receive a full refund of all payments made. Any work completed during that period will be rolled back where possible.

9. Cancellation and Handover

Upon cancellation of services, webwebgogo will perform a reasonable handover process including:

  • Providing backups where applicable
  • Explaining relevant infrastructure setup
  • Assisting with service transition

10. Hosting and Infrastructure

webwebgogo may manage hosting or infrastructure on behalf of clients using third-party providers. Hosting accounts are typically maintained under the client’s ownership.

The Company may receive affiliate commissions from hosting providers.

11. Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for ensuring that their website content complies with all applicable laws.

Clients may not use our services to support:

Third-Party Services

webwebgogo may rely on third-party service providers including hosting platforms, analytics providers, payment processors, and software tools in order to deliver services.

While webwebgogo will make reasonable efforts to assist clients in resolving issues related to such services, we cannot guarantee the availability, reliability, or performance of third-party systems.

webwebgogo shall not be held responsible for outages, disruptions, delays, or failures caused by third-party providers.

Example

If a hosting provider experiences downtime or an external API becomes unavailable, webwebgogo will assist in diagnosing and resolving the issue where possible, but such disruptions are outside our direct control.

12. Intellectual Property

Except where otherwise agreed, clients retain ownership of their website content and assets.

webwebgogo retains ownership of internal tools, frameworks, and processes used to deliver services.

13. Portfolio Rights

webwebgogo may reference clients and display work performed in portfolios, case studies, or marketing materials.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, webwebgogo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client during the previous 12 months of service.

Force Majeure

webwebgogo shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, cyberattacks, labor disputes, governmental actions, internet outages, or failures of infrastructure providers.

In such circumstances, obligations may be suspended for the duration of the event.

15. Changes to Services or Terms

webwebgogo may update services, pricing, or these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be published on the website.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Client and webwebgogo regarding the services and supersede any prior agreements, discussions, representations, or understandings.

No statements, marketing materials, or communications outside of these Terms shall modify or override the provisions of this agreement unless expressly agreed in writing.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Any invalid or unenforceable provision shall be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving the original intent of the provision.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark.
